Straight, Intelligent & Freely
At Aptic we try to vary in the types of projects we accept. This way we create a balance between getting more knowledge and applying this knowledge into practice. We divide our projects into three types which reflect this balance: Aptic Straight, Intelligent and Freely.
Straight
'Straight'-projects have a clear goal, a straightforward implementation and a short lead time. With these projects the goals are often already clear, and the structure already has been worked out. This means we can often deliver a first test version within a month. At the same time, we still want to remain flexible in 'Straight' projects and keep listening to the customer's wishes. This is why, on 'Straight' projects, we can also work with an interactive functional design.
Intelligent
At Aptic we like a challenge! We are not afraid of complex Excel sheets or bulky Windows systems that need a touch-friendly upgrade. We see new projects with a lot of complexity as an 'Intelligent' project. We analyse these issues thoroughly, discuss the ambiguities and translate them into a prototype and technical design. These more complex projects have a longer lead time and are therefore ideal for a Scrum approach in which we develop iteratively after setting up a technically strong base.
Freely
An important core value for Aptic is freedom. Work is more than just building great apps. It’s also about personal development, fun and contribution to society. Projects that we describe as 'Freely' often come in as free ideas from a customer, someone from our team or through our network. If the idea appeals to you, then we are happy to do everything we can to make it reality. In some cases, with your own investment. Our question to you; do you have a golden idea, but are you missing a professional review? Please contact us and tell us more about the concept, without any obligation. We are of course willing to sign an NDA. If your idea appeals to us to, we are happy to help you!
